De-matting & Coat Care Policy
At our resort, your pet's comfort and health always come first. We strictly prohibit full-body de-matting, as brushing out severe tangles causes unnecessary pain and distress. If mats are too close to the skin to safely brush out, we will require permission to shave the affected areas for your pet's safety and relief.
