Rabies: Required by Florida state and Sumter County law for all dogs over four months of age. We require a current certificate of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian.
-
DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza): This is a core combination vaccine that protects against four highly contagious and potentially fatal diseases.
-
Bordetella (Kennel Cough): This non-core vaccine is essential for any dog that will be in a social environment with other dogs. We require proof of this vaccination, and we often recommend that it be administered at least two weeks prior to your pet's stay for maximum effectiveness.
-
Reccomended: Canine Influenza (H3N2/H3N8 Bivalent): Protects against two strains of the canine influenza virus.
-
-
We require proof of this vaccination for the safety of our entire community of dogs.
